Jared Decker is the founder and president of Expert Analytics, and provides advisory consulting services to clientele regarding their strategic data platforms and initiatives. He has more than 16 years in BI and data analytics consulting, with 15+ years in data architecture roles, designing data warehouses and BI platforms for clients in verticals such as commercial real estate, capital management, credit card, and consumer retail.  

He is the co-author of several analytics books published by Wiley, is a frequent big data columnist for executive tech publications, and has provided onsite training engagements for numerous Fortune 500 companies, including Halliburton, Humana, Pepsico, PPG Industries, and consulting companies that service Fortune 500 and government clientele.  

Kevin Arnold is the Director of Architecture at Expert Analytics, overseeing software management methodologies, deployment strategy, and optimal data architectures for clients. He is a senior data architect with over 20 years’ experience, including at large-cap consultancies Price Waterhouse and EDS. He has spoken at numerous conferences and user groups, including the DAMA International and CA World Conferences.

Brian Henry is the Director of Solutioning at Expert Analytics where he works with clients to match technology and process solutions to business objectives. He has 10 years of planning, development, and deployment oversight experience with data analytics initiatives at global companies where he interfaces directly with C-suite leadership. In addition to program management responsibilities, he works extensively with developers and end users to refine information access, availability, and delivery formats. 

Eric Noack is the Director of Information Delivery at Expert Analytics. His project history spans numerous Fortune 500 and national-to global-scale companies with dozens of projects in accounting/finance, web analytics, budgeting, services, and retail subject areas. 

Joe Vanderheiden is the Director of PMO and a Senior Solution Developer at Expert Analytics.  He has 15+ years of BI, data governance, master data management and data warehousing experience. He has led the data warehouse process and design for recognizable companies such as MoneyGram, Bank of America, Blue Cross Blue Shield, and numerous others.  In addition to his central focus on project management and execution, Joe oversees teams of technical resources, executing for clients on complex data projects across a range of technologies, including Cognos, Informatica, Microsoft, Netezza, and Oracle with data models adhering to dimensional, 3NF, and other models, depending on the client needs.

Rob Sickorez serves as the Chief Data Scientist at Expert Analytics where he applies his 15+ years of experience providing design of experiments, visual analytics, and statistical modeling of structured and unstructured data to arm executives with predictive analytics tools and capabilities.  Aside from his theoretical knowledge (he is on track to complete his PhD in Statistical Science in December of 2020), Rob has served a variety of industries, from government to major retailers.  When not helping clients solve complex proplems such as scheduling, workforce optimization, and supply chain optimization, Rob can be found working with an Expert team to add advanced analytics capabilities to data warehouses and other strategic data stores.  

Shilpa Goel is a Senior Solution Architect with 19+ years of data-heavy IT experience, having played data architect and project leadership roles for global companies including Colliers, Volkswagen, and Pricewaterhouse Coopers, where she led teams of 30 to 100+ developers on strategic data projects.  She is experienced in data governance and security, data strategy, release planning, data warehousing, master data and data quality solutioning, program management, and resource allocation for large-scale projects. 

Her subject area expertise includes sales planning and forecasting, risk management, CRM, sales force automation, recruiting, and underwriting, among others.  Deeply familiar with the auto industry, she architected a solution deployed to dealerships across the country.

Fabrice Takna is a QA Engineer at Expert Analytics with a primary focus on quality assurance and testing services for clients. He brings five years of experience in BI and data analytics focused on the banking, event services, and direct sales industries. He has strong financial industry exposure with multiple years of project history at capital management institutions including Goldman Sachs, Maverick Quant Group, and other banking institutions. His quality assurance and testing span the complete BI technology stack, from data warehouse to front-end.

Eduardo Carlo is a Solutions Developer at Expert Analytics and is a proven, results-oriented business intelligence and systems financial management professional. He has a solid background in financial analysis and decision support systems in a variety of industries, particularly banking and defense. With more than eight years working for well-recognized companies such as Plains Capital Corporation and Leonardo DRS in software engineering roles, Eduardo honed deep experience customizing financial systems data integration with and data analytics systems. 

Catherine Kumar is a Senior Solution Developer at Expert Analytics, where she relies on her 20+ years of data integration and data warehousing experience to get clients from conception to full-production data ops, across a variety of technologies. Those platforms include Microsoft, Oracle, Stream Sets and others, from on-premise to cloud architectures. Catherine brings expertise in performance tuning and building scalable systems.  Having spent years in software development. She is a versatile developer, equally comfortable in complex SQL and Java as she is in .Net. Catherine is also the expert on the team most likely to have worked with a new technology that is being rolled out for the project.

Dan Crowell is a Solution Consultant with Expert Analytics.  He is a proven technology professional with 20+ years’ experience focusing on enterprise application development, data warehousing, AI, machine learning, and integration. He has served as an architect or lead developer on over 30+ IT projects for Fortune 500 firms. He is experienced leading technical teams to successful project deliveries and has developed commercial software products that are used by leading aerospace and defense firms in the US and internationally. Dan is .NET and SQL Server architect-level certified. He is equally comfortable and experienced in data warehouse, application development, as well as artificial intelligence and machine learning project leadership roles.

Jeff Cates is a Solution Architect with 20+ years of data-heavy IT experience, having played data architect and key data solutioning roles for large companies including Digital Realty Trust, HP, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Trinity Industries, and others. Jeff is equally comfortable developing complex SQL, MDX, and data models as he is developing code in .NET to support solutions with API data ingest, user input forms, and other programmable interfaces. Jeff has acquired varied professional licenses and certificates over the years, including PMP, MCITP, MCSD, and MCP. Jeff is a member of Mensa, the High IQ society. In his free time, Jeff enjoys the more abstract side of coding.
